Splitting machine suitable for producing square flooring in natural stone with split sides. Becouse individual blades adapt to the surface to be split, the machine can work slabs with sawn and rough surfaces such as porphyr, gneis, sandstone, limestone, etc.. Lenghtwise and crosswise reference lines are engraved in the machine entry table for purpose of squaring the sheared slabs. In addition to split flooring, the machine produces road kerbstones, and wall faces stones. Splitting occurs form bottom upwards, hence the entry and exit tables remain rigid.
