1. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Overview
Designed and constructed to be easily transported
from one site to another, the system automatic
cycle permits the splitting of concrete blocks of
various size from a pallet of prestressed elements
offloaded onto a new pallet as finished product.
Pallet and
block movement line (collet)
Pallets Ioaded with blocks to be split are
positioned with the use of a lift truck on the inlet
roller unit (1).
The roller unit automatically positions the pallet
in the pre-defined pick-up point in order to permit
the layers to be picked up by the collet (2) one by
one.
The collet shifts to a position over the pallet,
lowers, picks up a layer of blocks, and then
deposits it on the inlet double slat conveyor (3).
This conveyor moves the layers to the splitting
machine TS 60/28 60P (4).
The pusher (5) pushes the blocks beneath the machine
in order for them to be split as defined in the
recipe selected. After splitting, the scrap material
falls onto the flat and inclined rubber coated
conveyor (5) in order to be offloaded, while the
pusher pushes the blocks on the separable outlet
conveyor (6).
The collet shifts to a position over the separable
outlet conveyor in order to pick up the layer of
split blocks. The layers of split blocks can be sent
to either of two routes depending on the recipe
selected:
-
the layers are picked up by the collet and
positioned on the pallets positioned on the
outlet roller unit. These pallets will be
unloaded by an operator using a lift truck;
-
the layers are picked up by the collet, rotated
90°, and then carried away once again to the
inlet double slat conveyor (3) in order to be
split again.
Splitting
Line
The layers of blocks deposited by the collet onto
the double slat conveyor (3) are pushed into the
programmed positions by the pusher (5). After being
positioned correctly beneath the machine (4), the
blocks are split.
The pusher helps make sure that the scrap falls onto
the rubber coated conveyor belts for offloading by
pushing the blocks forward.
The rows of split blocks are positioned on the
separable outlet slat conveyor (6).
The rows of split blocks are formed on such conveyor
and must then be either deposited onto the pallet in
order to complete the cycle or rotated by 90° for
splitting again with the resumption of the cycle.
Everything required for positioning of splitting,
the pushers and the conveyors can be programmed on
the operator panel located on the splitting line
control panel (7).
