How a TS model is developed
After first carefully studying the client’s request, the Technical Office prepares a layout. The greatest attention to safety systems is provided already in this phase. When designing a new model, the engineers make sure to oversize certain points of the machine in order to guarantee ideal strength and stability during the various splitting phases. The framework structures are constructed in excellent quality steel plate, electro-welded, and machined using CNC boring machines. All parts subject to stress are built in alloy steel; all parts subject to wear are ground and hardened and chromium-plated to thickness.
The model is checked at each stage in the productive process in order to ensure the excellent results that meet the client’s highest expectations.
To guarantee this result, personnel attend specific training courses focused on the management of production, administration, and work processes.
All the machines are delivered with Operation and Maintenance manuals and come complete with Conformity Certificates. A professional program is used in the drafting of these manuals to ensure that their chapters feature an exhaustive description of the machine, safety, its installation and use, routine and extraordinary maintenance, a complete list of spare parts, wiring diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and all the illustrated plates regarding the machine. Prior to delivery, a thorough final inspection and testing is performed, and then the machine is delivered to the customer with its standard settings. At this point, an engineer gives a final check to all the safety systems.
