The cement blocks are loaded onto the slat conveyor located at the inlet of the splitting machine. By means of the pneumatic blocking system you can decide whether to split multiple rows of blocks (without the aid of the side blades) or single rows (with the aid of the side blades). The pneumatic blocking system is enabled or disabled from the control desk and programmed from the operator panel. The blocks are pushed under the blade and split (the advance of the pusher is programmed by means of the operator panel). The system is prearranged for the evacuation of waste: if programmed (from the OP panel) the conveyor opens, the pusher pushes forward the row of blocks and the waste falls from the bench onto the waste evacuation conveyor belt. Once the row of blocks has been formed on the outlet conveyor, the latter opens slightly and pulls the row of blocks into unloading position. It then closes again to allow the formation of a new row. The opening of the conveyor is programmed from the operator panel.
The system may initially be equipped with pneumatic grippers and, thanks to the prearranged fittings, it may then be enlarged with automatic grippers. |
