The row of blocks is loaded onto the input table, 1500x600 mm, from which the pusher pushes the row under the blade and, once they have been split, the blocks are positioned on the idle roller conveyor 1500x600, ready for unloading. To improve the quality of splitting, and therefore of the blocks, the machine is equipped with side blades which penetrate the block at the same time as the top and bottom blades, while the split is made from bottom to top. This splitting systems also allow a really minimum amount of waste.
