Innovation of the Techno Split: the traditional pusher is replaced by a roller conveyor with two motorized pushing bars controlled by a brushless motor. The row of blocks is loaded onto the slat conveyor, 1500x600 mm, which passes them to the roller conveyor, where there are the two pushing bars which each time place the block to be split in the correct position, moving the roller unit forward. The precision of advance of the roller conveyor is given by the brushless motor. Once they have been split, the blocks are positioned on the roller conveyor at output of the splitting machine. To improve the quality of splitting, and therefore of the blocks, the machine is equipped with side blades which split the block at the same time as the top and bottom blades, while the split is made from bottom to top. This splitting systems also allow a really minimum amount of waste.
